Supply Chain & Logistics are handled by Artemis’ Procurement Department.

The Procurement function in construction projects has been described as one of the most important, as it affects almost
every other function of the project. The main priority of our Procurement Department is the purchase of the goods and
services needed in a timely manner, with the most cost-effective deals. To accomplish this, maintaining knowledge of the
market, monitoring, reviewing, and analyzing quotes and services agreements, while achieving good communication with
suppliers are our main aspects.


Our team’s key role is to ensure the purchase of high-quality materials at the most competitive rates, following the
requirements implied by our clients, while preserving the timely delivery to each of our projects.

Sending out enquiries for required materials, collating and analyzing quotations, negotiating costs and monitoring the
performance of the vendors, preparing the contracts and issuing orders, are included in our daily activity.
