The position:
We are looking for a full-time FTTH Telco Project Coordinator with experience in the field of FTTH projects.
Candidate profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical / mechanical/ civil engineering
- 2+ years of working experience in Project Management
- 1+ years of working experience in FTTH sector
- Strong command of the English language
- Knowledge of German language (as an asset)
- Knowledge of Office Suite
- Ability to work well as part of a team in a high-pace environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Analysis of telecommunication network specifications by provider
- Project coordination from start to finish, including master-plan overview and project metrics
- Accurate and timely data entry across all platforms (internal and external) on a weekly basis
- Monitoring of field implementation, including appointment completion and documentation delivery
- Field team supervision
- Daily task follow-up and ad hoc database updates
- Quality assurance checks to ensure standards are met
- Interdepartmental collaboration and communication for problem resolution
- Issue resolution with civil works teams, including handling pending issues and noting causes
- Weekly roll-out meetings
- Weekly progress reports with time-to-completion estimates
